CR Equity.Ai Inc. Platform – Protective Legal Provisions

This section outlines the comprehensive legal disclaimer governing affiliate business relationships on the CR Equity.Ai Inc. Platform. It is designed to provide the strongest possible protection for the Company against claims brought by users, with formal contractual language and robust legal safeguards.

1. Notice of Affiliate Engagements

Users acknowledge and agree that CR Equity.Ai Inc. ("Company") may enter into affiliate business relationships with a range of third parties. These may include lenders, insurers, appraisal vendors, escrow/title agents, and other service providers. Such relationships are not mutually exclusive, and users may be referred to, or may interact with, these third-party affiliates while using the Platform.

2. Assumption of Risk and Hold Harmless

Users expressly assume all risks associated with any and all affiliate engagements facilitated through the Platform. By using the Platform, users release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, as well as its agents, officers, contractors, and employees, from any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or causes of action—whether known or unknown—that arise directly or indirectly from these engagements. This indemnification extends for two (2) years following the user's last engagement on the Platform.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of CR Equity.Ai Inc. to any user shall not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in aggregate. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, including tort, negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise. Users hereby waive any right to seek damages beyond this stated limitation.

4. Arbitration and Waiver of Class Actions

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to this Disclaimer or the Platform must be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will be conducted in Alexandria, Virginia, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties. Users waive any right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings. The arbitrator's decision may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

5. Non-Disparagement

Users agree to refrain from making, publishing, or communicating any disparaging, defamatory, or negative statements—either written or oral—about the Company, its affiliates, officers, contractors, or employees, in connection with their use of the Platform or any affiliate engagements.

6. Waiver of Consequential Damages

Users waive any and all claims for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. This includes claims for lost profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to use of the Platform or affiliate engagements.

7. Survival

All disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, arbitration provisions, and non-disparagement clauses outlined herein will survive the termination of the user's engagement with the Platform.

8. Entire Agreement

This Disclaimer represents the complete understanding between the user and the Company regarding affiliate business engagements. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

This Disclaimer is a legally binding document. By using CR Equity.Ai services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
