This Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and CR Equity ai, inc. When you use the AI-powered services provided by CR Equity ai, inc ("AI Products"), you warrant that you will comply with this Policy, our Legal Terms, and all applicable federal, state, and international laws and regulations governing AI, data privacy, and financial services. Your access to or use of our AI Products constitutes your express agreement to engage with our platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM USING OUR SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THIS POLICY WHICH APPLIES TO ANY AND ALL:

• (a) uses of our Services (as defined in "Legal Terms")
• (b) forms, materials, consent tools, comments, posts, and all other content available on the Services ("Content")
• (c) material which you contribute to the Services including any upload, post, review, disclosure, ratings, comments, chat, etc. in any forum, chatrooms, reviews, and any interactive services associated with it ("Contribution")
• (d) responsible implementation and management of AI Products within our Services
• (e) any data, information, or content processed by or through our AI Products

WHO WE ARE

We are CR Equity ai, inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Florida, United States at 3458 Lakeshore Dr, TALLAHASSEE, FL 32312. We operate the website https://crequity.ai (the "Site"), the mobile application CR Equity Ai (the "App"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to this Policy (collectively, the "Services").

USE OF THE SERVICES

When you use the Services, you warrant that you will comply with this Policy and with all applicable laws, including those related to data privacy, artificial intelligence, and financial services. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WE MAY, IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, SUSPEND, TERMINATE, OR RESTRICT YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES FOR ANY VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY.

You also acknowledge that you may not:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without our express prior written permission.
• Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
• Make improper use of our Services, including our support services, or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
• Engage in any automated use of the Services, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or the Services connected.
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
• Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise without our express written consent.
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services.
• Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
• Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
• Copy or adapt the Services' software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
• Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Services or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Services.
• Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats ("gifs"), 1x1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as "spyware" or "passive collection mechanisms" or "pcms").
• Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Services, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software.
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
• Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you subscribe to our Services, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that you may not, except if expressly permitted in writing by us:

• Engage in any use, including modification, copying, redistribution, publication, display, performance, or retransmission, of any portions of any Services, other than as expressly permitted by this Policy, without our prior written consent, which we may grant or refuse in our sole and absolute discretion.
• Reconstruct or attempt to discover any source code, algorithms, or proprietary methods of the Services, or any portion thereof, by any means whatsoever.
• Provide, or otherwise make available, the Services to any third party.
• Intercept any data not intended for you.
• Damage, reveal, or alter any user's data, or any other hardware, software, or information relating to another person or entity.
• Circumvent the confidentiality or security protocols of the platform.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & DATA RESPONSIBILITY

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR AI PRODUCTS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE RISK OF INACCURACIES, BIASES, OR UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES.

1. STRICT PROHIBITIONS ON USE OF AI PRODUCTS

When you use the AI Products provided by CR Equity ai, inc, you warrant that you will use them responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY YOU:

• Deploy AI techniques that utilize subliminal, manipulative, or deceptive methods designed to distort behavior and impair informed decision-making.
• Exploit vulnerabilities related to age, disability, or socio-economic circumstances through AI in any manner.
• Use AI systems for biometric categorization that infer sensitive attributes such as race, political opinions, trade union membership, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, or sexual orientation.
• Implement AI-based social scoring systems that evaluate or classify individuals or groups based on their social behavior or personal traits.
• Assess the risk of an individual committing criminal offenses based solely on profiling, personality traits, or other non-behavioral factors.
• Compile facial recognition databases through untargeted scraping of facial images from any source.
• Use AI to infer emotions in any context, including workplaces or educational institutions.
• Engage in any form of remote biometric identification in public places for any purpose.
• Input or process any data through our AI Products that you do not have the legal right to use, including data that violates any third party's privacy, intellectual property rights, or contractual rights.

2. DATA RESPONSIBILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

You are solely and exclusively responsible for all data, information, or content ("User Data") that you provide, upload, or input into our AI Products. You represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained all necessary consents, permissions, waivers, and rights required by applicable law to provide such User Data to us for processing by our AI Products.
• Your User Data does not and will not contain any information that could identify a natural person without their explicit, informed, written consent, and you are in full compliance with all applicable data protection laws including, but not limited to, GDPR, CCPA, and all other relevant privacy regulations.
• You will not use our AI Products to process any sensitive personal data (including but not limited to health information, biometric data, genetic data, or information concerning a person's sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, or religious beliefs) under any circumstances.
• YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS CR EQUITY AI, INC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR USER DATA, YOUR USE OF OUR AI PRODUCTS, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY CONTAINED HEREIN.

3. AI OUTPUTS – NO WARRANTIES AND NO RELIANCE

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• Outputs Not Guaranteed: Outputs generated by our AI Products ("AI Outputs") are based on statistical models and patterns in data. THEY MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OUTDATED, OR CONTAIN BIASES. AI OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
• No Financial or Professional Advice: AI Outputs, including any summaries, predictions, analyses, recommendations, or other content, ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, ACCOUNTING, TAX, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. You shall not act or refrain from acting based on any AI Output without obtaining independent professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
• Sole Responsibility for Verification: YOU ARE SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY VERIFYING ANY AI OUTPUTS BEFORE ACTING UPON THEM. CR EQUITY AI, INC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DECISIONS MADE OR ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON AI OUTPUTS.
• No Fiduciary Duty: THE USE OF AI PRODUCTS DOES NOT CREATE A FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND CR EQUITY AI, INC. You agree that we owe you no fiduciary duties or other duties beyond those expressly set forth in this Agreement.

CONTRIBUTIONS

In this Policy, the term "Contributions" means:

• any data, information, software, text, code, music, scripts, sound, graphics, photos, videos, tags, messages, interactive features, or other materials that you post, share, upload, submit, or otherwise provide in any manner on or through the Services; or
• any other content, materials, or data you provide to CR Equity ai, inc or use with the Services.

WE MAY, BUT ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO, REVIEW OR MODERATE THE CONTRIBUTIONS MADE ON THE SERVICES. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANY USER'S BREACH OF THIS POLICY.

You warrant that:

• you are the sole creator and owner of or have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use and to authorize us, the Services, and other users of the Services to use your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Services and this Policy;
• all your Contributions comply with all applicable laws and are original and true (if they represent your opinion or facts);
• the creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance, and the accessing, downloading, or copying of your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party; and
• you have the verifiable written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in your Contributions to use the name, likeness, image, and voice of each such individual person to enable inclusion and use of your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Services and this Policy.

You also agree that you will not post, transmit, or upload any (or any part of a) Contribution that:

• violates applicable laws, regulations, court orders, contractual obligations, this Policy, our Legal Terms, or any legal duty, or that promotes or facilitates fraud or illegal activities;
• is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, insulting, intimidating, bullying, abusive, or threatening to any person or group;
• is false, inaccurate, or misleading;
• includes child sexual abuse material, or violates any applicable law concerning child pornography or otherwise intended to protect minors;
• contains any material that solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or exploits people under the age of 18 in any manner;
• promotes violence, advocates the violent overthrow of any government, or incites, encourages, or threatens physical harm against another;
• is discriminatory based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic;
• bullies, intimidates, humiliates, or insults any person;
• promotes, facilitates, or assists anyone in promoting and facilitating acts of terrorism;
• infringes, or assists anyone in infringing, a third party's intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or privacy rights;
• is deceitful, misrepresents your identity or affiliation with any person, misleads anyone as to your relationship with us, or implies that the Contribution was made by someone other than you;
• contains unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation.

REVIEW AND RATINGS

When your Contribution is a review or rating, you also agree that:

• you have firsthand experience with the services, software, and goods being reviewed;
• your Contribution is true and accurate to your experience;
• you are not affiliated with any competitor and have no financial or other interest in the product or service being reviewed;
• you cannot make or offer any conclusions as to the legality of conduct;
• you cannot post any false or misleading statements; and
• you do not and will not organize, participate in, or encourage any campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.

ENFORCEMENT, MONITORING, AND CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE ANY ACTION WE DEEM APPROPRIATE IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION TO PROTECT OUR PLATFORM, USERS, AND BUSINESS INTERESTS.

1. Monitoring

CR Equity ai, inc employs advanced monitoring systems, data privacy protocols, and NIST security standards to actively monitor and detect phishing, user cloning, phantom users, ghost users, fraudulent activity, and any other threats to the community, other users, or the platform. The platform conducts initial and ongoing AML and KYC checks on each user. YOU HAVE NO REASONABLE EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY WITH RESPECT TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, AND WE MAY MONITOR ALL ACTIVITIES ON THE PLATFORM WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU.

2. Reporting a Breach

If you consider that any Service, Content, or Contribution:

• breaches this Policy, you must immediately notify us at legal@crequity.ai with specific details identifying the breach;
• infringes any third-party intellectual property rights, you must provide written notification to legal@crequity.ai complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act requirements.

Users may submit feedback on their interactions with our AI Products by emailing feedback@crequity.ai.

3. Consequences of Breach – STRICT REMEDIES

THE CONSEQUENCES FOR VIOLATING THIS POLICY ARE SEVERE AND WILL BE ENFORCED AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION:

• Immediate Termination: We may, without prior notice, immediately suspend or terminate your access to and use of our Services and permanently disable your account for any violation of this Policy.
• Removal of Content: We may remove, delete, or disable access to any Contribution or Content that violates this Policy.
• Legal Action: We may report any violation to law enforcement authorities and pursue legal proceedings against you, seeking all available remedies including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and attorneys' fees.
• Liquidated Damages: You agree that proving actual damages from a breach of this Policy may be difficult, and therefore you shall be liable for liquidated damages of $10,000 per violation, which the parties acknowledge is a reasonable estimate of the harm caused.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of this Policy.
• Public Disclosure: We reserve the right to publicly disclose any violation and the actions taken in response to maintain transparency and accountability.

4. AI-Specific Enforcement

Any misuse of our AI Products or failure to adhere to the standards outlined in the "Artificial Intelligence & Data Responsibility" section of this Policy will result in the following actions, in addition to those set forth above:

• Immediate and Permanent Termination: Any violation of the AI Use provisions shall result in immediate and permanent termination of your access to all Services.
• Reporting to Authorities: We will report any misuse of AI Products that may violate criminal laws to appropriate law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
• Destruction of Data: We may permanently delete any User Data associated with the violating account without any obligation to retain or provide copies.
• Public Identification: We reserve the right to publicly identify users who have engaged in serious misuse of AI Products.

COMPLAINTS AND REMOVAL OF LEGITIMATE CONTENT

If you believe that any Content or Contributions have been mistakenly removed or blocked from the Services, you may submit a written request for review to appeals@crequity.ai. The Content or Contribution will remain removed during the review process, which shall be conducted in our sole and absolute discretion.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

1. CR EQUITY AI, INC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, THE AI PRODUCTS, ANY AI OUTPUTS, OR THIS POLICY.
2. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
3. WE ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO MONITOR USERS' ACTIVITIES, AND WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY USER'S MISUSE OF THE SERVICES.
4. WE HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY USER OR OTHER CONTENT OR CONTRIBUTION CREATED, MAINTAINED, STORED, TRANSMITTED, OR ACCESSIBLE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES.
5. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
6. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

INDEMNIFICATION

YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS CR EQUITY AI, INC, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AND AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, LAWSUITS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, OBLIGATIONS, LOSSES, SETTLEMENTS, JUDGMENTS, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS OF INVESTIGATION) THAT ARISE OUT OF OR RELATE TO: (A) YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF THE SERVICES OR AI PRODUCTS; (B) YOUR USER DATA OR CONTRIBUTIONS; (C) YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY, OUR LEGAL TERMS, OR ANY APPLICABLE LAW; (D) YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY THIRD-PARTY RIGHT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT, PRIVACY RIGHT, OR PROPRIETARY RIGHT; OR (E) ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND ANY OTHER USER.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Policy and all matters arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. ANY LEGAL SUIT, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS POLICY SHALL BE INSTITUTED EXCLUSIVELY IN THE FEDERAL COURTS OF THE UNITED STATES OR THE STATE COURTS LOCATED IN LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA. YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO THE EXERCISE OF JURISDICTION OVER YOU BY SUCH COURTS AND TO VENUE IN SUCH COURTS.

WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION

YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION, PROCEEDING, OR COUNTERCLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS POLICY OR THE SERVICES. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND THAT YOU WILL NOT SEEK TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE HEARD AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Policy is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Policy and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The parties intend that this Policy be construed and enforced as if the unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.

WAIVER

No failure or delay by us in exercising any right, power, or privilege under this Policy shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise thereof preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Policy, together with our Legal Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and CR Equity ai, inc regarding your use of the Services and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
