Fees are only applied once you have accepted the terms and chosen to proceed with a transaction.

Standard Fee Structure

Our straightforward fee structure is designed to accommodate different transaction sizes:

  • For Transactions of $1,000,000 or Less
  • Total Fee: $3,250
  • Breakdown:
  • $250 — Application Fee
  • $3,000 — Service Fee (includes expedited file handling, administrative processing, appraisal, and initial legal review)

For Transactions Over $1,000,000

Total Fee: $10,250

This fee accounts for expanded diligence, a broader valuation scope, comprehensive legal review, and the additional resources required for larger transactions.

Why These Fees Exist

Even before your loan is closed, CR Equity Ai invests significant time and resources to build your dedicated, client-direct immutable portal. These investments cover a range of critical services, including:

  • AI-driven valuation and underwriting workflows
  • Ordering and coordinating your appraisal
  • Conducting an initial legal review
  • Performing compliance checks
  • File preparation and administrative handling
  • Technology and data infrastructure costs

All of these costs are covered by CR Equity Ai upfront, until you accept the terms and decide to move forward with your transaction.

A Simple Comparison: Just Like a Home Appraisal or Inspection

To put our process into perspective, consider the steps involved when purchasing a single-family home. Buyers are typically responsible for the cost of the appraisal, the inspection, and other due diligence services before closing — because these services must be completed regardless of whether the deal ultimately closes. Our process operates in the same way.

  • Incurred prior to closing
  • Due at the time the service is performed
  • Not eligible to be rolled into the loan (just like a home appraisal or inspection)

This approach ensures that your file is processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with all regulatory standards.
