Third-Party Fee Policy

CR Equity Ai has a flat-fee third-party report policy.

Fee Structure

  • Assets under $1,000,000 in value: $3,000.00 (plus any applicable taxes and transaction fees) Paid at time of acceptance of terms.
  • Assets valued at $1,000,000 or greater: $10,000.00 third-party fee payment Paid at time of acceptance of terms.

Third-Party Reports

CR Equity Ai does not accept or transfer third-party reports.

All diligence is conducted independently using internal proprietary systems and external diligence resources.

This diligence includes, but is not limited to:

  • Appraisals
  • Broker Pricing Opinions
  • Environmental Reports
  • Feasibility Analysis
  • Title & Escrow Documentation
  • Surveys
  • Financial information and data reviews

Payment Terms

Payment of these fees is earned and non-refundable once terms have been accepted.

Discretionary Credit or Platform Points

CR Equity Ai may, at its sole discretion, issue credit or platform points to users on a case-by-case basis. This discretionary relief is considered an accommodation, not a requirement, and is not guaranteed.

Acceptance of Terms

Use of the platform – including accessing, interacting with, or conducting business on the platform— constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. By using the platform, you authorize CR Equity Ai to proceed with these terms and any reasonable actions necessary to fulfill the services outlined in this policy.
